Aerial circus group classes

I teach weekly group classes (mixed aerial circus) as part of the team at Syrcas Byd Bach in Cardigan. Please contact Small World Theatre directly to book a half term block. Classes run from age 8+ but there’s no upper limit on participation! Sessions run weekly during school terms on Mondays or Thursdays.

Aerial yoga group classes

I am currently teaching one aerial yoga group class per month at Small World Theatre. Classes run on Saturdays from 10.30am-12pm for £15 per class. Spaces are limited (8 per class) and booking and pre-payment is essential - please email Hélène admin@smallworld.org.uk to book. The next block of dates will be released later in January 2024.

Aerial wellbeing

Aerial doesn’t have to be all about spectacle or strength - aerial apparatus can also be used in ways that are restorative or sensory. If you want to be guided through a restorative, mindful practice that is focused on you and your needs, I offer 1:1 aerial yoga sessions that are about nurturing your own wellbeing or curiosity.

Indoors all year or outdoors in summer. More details about aerial yoga here.
